Avrial completed undergraduate studies at Mid-Atlantic Christian University before earning a Master’s degree in Counseling from Regent University in 2005. She has worked with adolescents and adults struggling with spirituality, life changes, mood issues, substance abuse, grief, learning problems, and trauma. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia.

As the foundation of her approach, she believes in the inherent worth of every person as a child of God and desires to offer respect and support during a difficult season of a person’s journey. While she takes techniques from multiple counseling approaches, she leans toward helping her patients find practical strategies, skills, and perspectives.

Whatever challenges you may be facing, talking with someone often helps. Counseling provides a confidential place to sort through life’s twists and turns and sets or resets your direction. Whether you want to meet in person or through video Telehealth, take the next step and contact ABT Counseling to schedule a time to meet with Avrial.
