Kathy earned her M.A. in Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, integrating current research in neuroscience with a faith-informed therapeutic framework. She works primarily with adults, helping clients navigate anxiety and depression, process grief, build healthier relationships, and adjust to the changes that come with aging. Her clinical approach integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered principles emphasizing empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.
