It is my objective to create a therapeutic alliance where individuals feel seen, heard and understood. I believe that I can be a positive support to young adults, adults in transition, women, BIPOC and those who desire a calm supportive voice of reason. My expertise extends to helping individuals cope with depression, anxiety, and trauma stemming from abuse, grief, neglect, and loss.
Counseling is my second career, after 15 years of working with students and families with disabilities in public education. I remain committed to lifelong learning. I aim to treat you holistically—mind, body, and spirit—as you pursue peace, happiness, and robust mental health.
I value diversity in all its forms and enjoy supporting clients from various backgrounds, including those who are non-religious/spiritual. Additionally, I am open to incorporating biblical principles into your therapy upon request.
