Caroline is a Certified Trauma Professional and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and she uses cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing approaches to help her clients develop a growth mindset.
Caroline will work with you to realize your own strengths, utilize them effectively for change, and easily recognize the progress you’ve made throughout sessions, even when it’s small.
