Caroline Freeman, LPC, enjoys helping stressed women feel like themselves again through whole-body, strengths-based, and values-oriented approaches. She works with clients to develop resiliency and self-confidence through awareness, coping skills, and healthy lifestyle changes (e.g., sleep, diet, movement, etc.).

Caroline is a Certified Trauma Professional and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and she uses cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing approaches to help her clients develop a growth mindset.

Caroline will work with you to realize your own strengths, utilize them effectively for change, and easily recognize the progress you’ve made throughout sessions, even when it’s small.
