Jalieen Grogan is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Coach, and military veteran with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and practical guidance. She holds a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling, with a concentration in Substance Use and Psychiatric Disabilities, and completed a post-master’s certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, trauma-informed care, life transitions, stress management, and resilience building. Utilizing evidence-based practices and multiple therapeutic modalities, she individualizes treatment based on each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.
