Welcome to ABT Counseling

We are pleased that you have chosen us in taking this first step towards finding a counselor who works for you. To set up your first appointment, feel free to call our main office, complete the Contact Us form on this site, or go to the Client Portal (green button) above to begin the process.

Prior to your first appointment, we will contact you and provide all of the information you need before meeting your counselor. Everything is quick, easy, secure, and confidential to complete online.

We bill most health insurance companies. Our billing experts will check your plan prior to your first session.

The pre-appointment forms will be emailed to you for completion. Please complete and print OR save and email this set of forms. The forms need to be completed before you arrive for your first appointment. You can bring them to the first appointment or email them to us at packet@abtcounseling.com. Please follow the instructions given to you by our staff.

Psychotherapy Fees:

The fee for an initial psychotherapy session is $135. Each successive session is $125. Reduction in fees is considered in some cases. Co-pays, deductibles, and fees are due at the time of service. For your convenience, fees can be paid by credit card, check, or cash in our offices.
