Grace specializes in treating and helping clients manage marital/relational issues, stress and anxiety, and general life transitions. She works to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients to help them feel safe and fully heard. Grace collaborates with individuals to help them identify and achieve their treatment goals and implement healthy coping strategies.
Some of Grace’s particular interests include working with couples who are considering marriage via premarital counseling, helping married couples reconnect through a spiritual lens, and supporting young women as they navigate life’s challenges.
Grace desires to help each of her clients see their own potential as they work towards positive change and growth. She places great value in each individual’s story and meets clients where they are through creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental atmosphere.
